Here is a recent painting I completed. I painted an 8x10 of this first for a commission. I liked it so much that I painted this same scene in an 18x24 size painting for an art show that now because of COVID19 is cancelled. Everything is cancelled isn't it? 

I painted the water in a pointillist method trying to capture the pings of light reflected on the surface. I toned the canvas using cadmium red since that is the mid tone of this piece.
