Reflections In Ocean View

This work was done from a photograph taken by my very talented niece, Roxanne. She generously allows me to use her photos for my paintings. Thanks, Rox!

This photo (shown below the painting below) was taken in Ocean View, New Jersey.

Nature's Majesty

I didn't have to try to make this painting bright and flashy, it did it itself. Such beauty and majesty as I see in all sunsets. You can watch this show twice a day in the sunrise and sunsets.  It's a spectacular show and it won't cost you a dime!

All light and beauty, and the grandeur and majesty of the universe are unraveled only in the tiny retinas of human beings.

Rocky Road To The Shore

One of my favorite lines, well, a line that I find really funny in the movie/book "Jane Eyre", is the line, "There's an impediment!" This just cracks me up because there was an outrageous situation and it was called an impediment.

I titled this painting "Rocky Road To The Shore" thinking of that very line. It's hard to say there's a rocky road to the shore, (or an impediment) when it's clearly impossible to get there in this situation. It gave me a giggle and I went with this title.

It's not always easy to name a painting so I just went with this and made it fun. Hope you like it.

Be blessed.

Snoopy 'n Woodstock

This is a painting I made for my best friend for Christmas. It's not an original as I saw this on the internet. I changed it very slightly to suit my vision if you know what I mean. If you're an artist then you know what I mean!

It was fun to paint and is my third Van Gogh-esk-type painting. I LOVE Van Gogh. Can you tell? :D

Correction: It was just pointed out to me that this is my fourth Van Gogh-type painting!!
