Cape May, New Jersey
Today's painting is from Cape May, N.J., near East Point Light House. It's such a beautiful area with plenty of great places to set up your canvas or do what I did, take lots of photos to work from.
I was attracted at first by the sky. It was really quite lovely. And with the grass and light and shadows on the sand with just a hint of sea showing, to me was simply perfect!
Stop trying to be less of who you really are. Let this time in your life cut you open and drain of all the things that are holding you back.
