The Birds

I was looking through my unfinished paintings and this one popped up as one I could manage with my recent shoulder and neck injury. If you've never had whiplash I pray you never do!

The oceanscape was already painted and just needed the attending seagulls who were happy to accommodate me and not give me a hard time actually looking like seagulls.

I'm not on any pain meds, that's my silly sense of humor talking.

When you have come to the edge of all the light you have and step into the darkness of the unknown, believe that  one of the two will happen to you; either you'll find something solid to stand on or you'll be taught how to fly.

  2. Thank you! And thanks for your expert advice!!

  3. Sorry to hear about your neck... I got that when I was 12 in a car accident, not fun. Good for you to stay at it and paint anyway. Take care!

  4. Thank you! I appreciate your well-wishes. I'm trying hard to not let it get me down. I'm hoping to get back into painting full swing asap. Thanks for stopping by!
